At Images 2 Inc., we take pride in providing high-quality custom screen printing and embroidery. Please review our return and refund policy below:

1. Custom Orders: All items produced by Images 2 Inc. are custom-made to your specifications. Once an item is paid for and printed, we are unable to offer refunds or returns.

2. Manufacturing Issues: In the event of a manufacturing issue, such as:

• Incorrect shirt color
• Incorrect print design or placement

Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will review your claim, and if approved, we will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement item.

3. Claim Submission: To initiate a claim for manufacturing issues, please provide the following information:

• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Photographic evidence of the defect

Claims will be reviewed by our management team, and you will be notified of the outcome as soon as possible.
